The Meridian

This is a 60’x60’ building with 16’ sidewalls. There is a 60’ riding ring in the center, two 16’x12’ stalls, a large tack area and a roomy elevated viewing deck (to sit, relax or watch). There are four large doors on all sides to access the barn and allow for cross ventilation in warm months or close them up when needed. There is oak board and batten siding all the way around the barn, so you can also have horses up against the building if wanted. The complete building package and everything inside is $129k delivered to your farm. The cost to install is approximately $20k depending on local construction rates. This is a pre engineered building and everything inside has been designed to fit together to complete this package. Everything inside this barn is completely portable. All the panels simply pin together and even the oak deck comes pre built and is simply set in place. That means in the future if the property was ever sold, all the components could be removed in a day.
