Lakota’s Comanche Dream, A Big, Friendly, Quarter Horse / Paint Yearling Project, Colt born on 05/07/2023 on our farm $3500 We’ve retired and are reducing the size of our herd. We raise good, quiet minded, easy to handle, quarter horses and quarter horse crosses. His price includes gelding, a clean Coggins and Micro-Chipping. This yearling is big, strong, sturdy, and put together right. Comanche is groomed twice a day, handled by adults and children, Not Spooky, Stands quiet while tied, wears a bareback pad, halter broke, leads, learning to load, backs, learning to lounge, and picks up his feet for cleaning and trimming. Finish him and he’ll carry you for years and miles. With his bloodlines full of champions and legends, he’s ready to go any direction you choose. His Dam is from the Black Hills Horse Sanctuary, Hot Springs South Dakota, established by Dayton O. Hyde around 1987. We purchased her there as a yearling many years ago. She’s been a great horse. 14.2 hands We are selling him as Grade Free delivery within 50 miles of Cambridge City, Indiana Horses are shown by appointment only and sold on a first come first serve basis with no “holds” All horses must be paid for in cash or postal money order. If your offer includes the words “Cashier’s Check” or “my shipping agent” you’re wasting your time. A Coggins is included in his price. Health certificates are available to our out of state buyers from our veterinarian or any local vet of the buyers choosing. We will transport your horse to and from the vet for testing and examination at no cost to you. The cost of testing and exam are yours. If for any reason the horse fails the coggins test or health certificate examination we will reimburse you your costs. We avoid doing business with scammers and kill buyers.
