Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Duluth, MN

“MINUET IN BLUE” 2018 AQHA mare, 16h Beautiful mare by ALL ABOUT THE BLUE, producer of World, Congress, National and European Champions. Her siblings dominate in the Hunter ring, while Fiona herself has already been successful in the dressage world. Big, floaty strides with a motor that’s easy to handle! Fiona is more whoa than go but will wake up when asked. Currently schooling training level and started on her laterals. Was hauled around as a three year old and has already been shown in the 2024 season. She also loves to hack out! Fiona has a brain to die for. Level headed and loves to learn/explore! This mare in the one you tend to forget is so young because she takes everything in stride. Best suited for an intermediate rider as she’s pleasantly sensitive to the aids but I have had advanced beginners on her with no issues. True old soul with a puppy dog personality. Fiona is great for all her handling and LOVES attention. UTD on everything. Does require small maintenance. Located in Duluth, MN Asking low five figures

About Duluth, MN

The Anishinaabe, also known as the Ojibwe or Chippewa, have inhabited the Lake Superior region for more than 500 years. They were preceded by the Dakota, Fox, Menominee, Noquet and Gros Ventre peoples [ citation needed ], whom they pushed out of the area. Already established as traders, after the arrival of Europeans, the Anishinaabe found a niche as the middlemen between the French fur traders and other Native peoples. They soon became the dominant Indian nation in the region, forcing out the Dakota Sioux and Fox and winning a victory against the Iroquois west of Sault Ste. Marie in 1662.
