Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Louisville, KY

Apache Sam WY is a 14.2-14.3hh, coming 6 year old, Registered AQHA gelding with 4 socks and a blaze. Sam has been a family trail horse and every member of the family has ridden him from mom to the kids.I have used him around cattle and I’v also penned some cattle on him. Sam will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe riding in traffic and safe whether that be trucks or cars. He has a smooth jog, he will lope nice circles, he neckreins around and is a horse that is never in a hurry. Iv trail ridden him in several areas of Kentucky and he has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Sam is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave. Feel free to call Circle PB Horsemanship- Parker with any questions at 319-242-2815. Located in Brodhead, KY.

About Louisville, KY

The history of Louisville spans hundreds of years, and has been influenced by the area's geography and location. The rapids at the Falls of the Ohio created a barrier to river travel, and as a result, settlements grew up at this stopping point. The first European settlement in the vicinity of modern-day Louisville was on Corn Island in 1778 by Col. George Rogers Clark, credited as the founder of Louisville. Several landmarks in the community are named after him.
