Clover

Great on trail, nice mover, good with other mares and geldings. I bought Clover a few months ago and then she sat for about 3 months, and now I am realizing she is not the lazy little pleasure pony I want. We just do not click. She's a good amount of whoa and go. She has gone on trail by herself fine, and goes through water with a little push. I've taken her through the Wienerschnitzel drive through, and the Jack in the Box drive through and she did great! Doesn't seem to care about dogs or dirt bikes. When I bought her she has shoes, but she has been barefoot since being with me. (She is overdue at the moment. Farrier is coming out this friday). As I've been working with her she seems to get bored just doing w/t/c around the arena, but once you bring poles or barrels out she gets into work mode. She is a looky loo and looks everywhere, so probably not best for a nervous rider. I rode her english for the first time today, and she did good! She was a bit forward at the canter compared to when she goes western, but I’ll be working on that with her until she sells. She trots over small cross rails and poles no problem.
