Thoroughbred Gelding for Sale in Fredericksburg, VA

Rocks is up for sale for no fault of his own,we bought him in June and have been putting weight on him. The lady we bought him from used him for kids lessons, she did trails and did some cross rails with him. She bought him from someone that hadn't been feeding him and was kept in a stall, she got him to get him back on his feet and find someone for him. Undersaddle he is a laid back follower but on the ground he can be pushy if you let him. He's got his feet done and he does amazing with it. We don't have trails for him until December maybe and he just needs someone that will do things with him. He does crib from when he was starved but it's solved with his collar,he will take it with him if you decide to use it. He is 15.2 /15.3 hands. He's a super good boy ,just needs love and attention.Hes been ridden bareback, bitless, western,English by his 14 yr old beginner rider. He's gone through rivers and all sorts of trails with kids. I have videos of it if you want!I personally feel like he'd do amazing at barrels,he gets in the dirt quite well.Feel free to ask me anything! 8046145397

About Fredericksburg, VA

At the time of European encounter, the indigenous inhabitants of the area that became Fredericksburg were a Siouan-speaking tribe called the Manahoac. English colonists recorded the name of the Manahoac village there as Mahaskahod. Siouan tribes occupied much of the area of the Piedmont. The Tidewater areas of the coastal plain had primarily Algonquian-speaking tribes making up the Powhatan Confederacy. Located on the Rappahannock River near the head of navigation at the fall line, Fredericksburg developed as the frontier of colonial Virginia shifted west from the coastal plain into the Piedmont.
