Half Arabian Mare for Sale in Earling, IA
Mariah has a great personality, loads and trailers well, leads in hand well, very respectful mare, stands well and lifts feet for farrier, well behaved for vet. She is a solid mare, no health issues. Likes human attention, easy to catch. loves to play, very intelligent, quick willing learner. She enjoys working round pen. She has been under saddle with no issues, neighbors 4H kids used to work with her often but that has been several years ago, she has not been worked in a few years needs refresher and finishing. I am selling her as green, because I just physically can not get out to work with her myself anymore. She enjoys a good grooming session. Has been pasture boarded alone and with others. I have owned her since she was born. She will produce excellent foals and/or will make a great all around horse and companion. I am open to lease option for breeding purposes (such as 1/2 Arabian pinto horse, or stud of your choice). She is registered as a pinto, but I have misplaced her papers. Studs APHA papers in hand, her sire was 100 percent color producer from all foals I saw, all Tobianos. Price does not reflect quality. I paid $4,500.00 for her dame. contact email: bucksinrgal@yahoo.com.
About Earling, IA
Earling had its start 1881-1882 by the building of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway through that territory. The town was platted in 1882 by the Milwaukee Land Company and was first known as Marthan. However, there was already a town called Marathon in Iowa, so the name of the town was soon changed to Earling, in honor of Albert J. Earling who in 1882 was division superintendent of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St.
