Meet Cookie. Cookie is a beautiful black-and-white registered paint who was used as a roping horse in her younger years. She is very sweet mare, and is very respectful. She has phenomenal ground manners you and loves to be bathed. Cookie trailers beautifully, as she was taken everywhere. You can pick up all four feet easily, and she is perfect for the farrier. She is about 14.1 H and won't challenge any other horses. Cookie is 22 years old, and cannot be ridden anymore. She needs a home with someone who has another horse for her to be friends with and who will love and care for her. She loves attention, she is very sweet. She loves kids, and loves to be brushed and pet. We are selling her because we are moving and we sold her buddy, however we are not desperate to sell. We want her to go to a good home where she will be taken care of and will not be ask to be ridden. Please text Seven-two-zero-three-four-zero-6330 We are asking $225 OBO to a good home.
About Longmont, CO
Longmont was founded in 1871 by a group of people from Chicago, Illinois. Originally called the Chicago-Colorado Colony, the men sold memberships in the town and with the proceeds purchased the land necessary for the town hall. As the first planned community in Boulder County, the city streets were laid out in a grid plan in a square mile. The city began to flourish as an agricultural community after the building of the Colorado Central Railroad line arrived northward from Boulder in 1877. During the 1940s, Longmont began to grow beyond these original limits.
