Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Sherman, TX
Her sire is Six Speed who won approx 236, 000 on the track and has sired
numerous winning foals. She has the movement to do great in the show ring
and the speed for the track. Laid back and easy to handle. Started under
saddle she accepts saddle bridle and rider. Limited under saddle work so
she is ready to train your way. Ties, loads, stands for farrier & vet,
clips muzzle and bridle path, stands for grooming and tacking. Current
on vaccinations, worming, and current coggins. Currently 14. 2 hands
and I think she has a couple more inches left to grow. She will be an
excellent mount for those shorter adults out there and has the potential
to be a good kids horse. I need to cut back so I have ample time for
everyone. Her pedigree can be viewed at http: / / www. allbreedpedigree.

About Sherman, TX
Sherman was named after General Sidney Sherman (July 23, 1805 – August 1, 1873), a hero of the Texas Revolution. The community was designated as the county seat by the act of the Texas legislature which created Grayson County on March 17, 1846. In 1847, a post office began operation. Sherman was originally located at the center of the county, but in 1848 it was moved about 3 miles (5 km) east to its current location. By 1850, Sherman had become an incorporated town under Texas law.
