Oldenburg Mare for Sale in Orlando, FL
Fernadia received Premium at the GOV inspections. She has excellent
potential due to her incredible pedigree. Fernadia competed in the 2005
Dressage at Devon Breed Show and helped us bring home a ribbon in the
Breeders Group class. Nadia stood quietly while crowds of spectators
admired her. She cross ties, clips, bathes and loads. She is expected
to mature at 17. 0 hands and offer FEI potential movements.
Fernadia's sire, Highlife, was successful to Grand Prix Dressage and was
long listed for the 2000 USET Olympic Selection Trials. Highlife carries
the bloodlines of sire, Habicht, who is described as one of the most
important sires of his time. He had incredible elastic movement that
is passed onto his offspring.
Fernadia's dam Ferdonia II is an Oldenburg Verband Main studbook
registered mare. Ferdonia II was nominated for the German Broodmare
Championships - dressage class.
About Orlando, FL
There are very few archaeological sites in the area today, except for the former site of Fort Gatlin along the shores of modern-day Lake Gatlin south of downtown Orlando. In 1823, the Treaty of Moultrie Creek created a Seminole reservation encompassing much of central Florida, including the area which would become Orlando. The Indian Removal Act of 1830 authorized relocation of the Seminole from Florida to Oklahoma, leading to the Second Seminole War. In 1842 white settlement in the area was encouraged by the Armed Occupation Act. After Mosquito County was divided in 1845, Fort Gatlin became the county seat of the newly created Orange County in 1856.
