Pinto Stallion for Sale in Hampden, ME
*PRICE REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE "Cody" is my 2 year old pinto gelding. He was started under saddle, and has a solid w / t / jog, and has been cantered / loped and does nicely. Very quiet with natural gates and a natural head set. Has had some light dressage training, and been exposed to tons. Almost bomb proof. Trails wonderfully, not spooky, would make a great show horse. Has been shown w / t english and halter classes, cleaned house. Very flashy and eye catching. Great personality. Sadly selling due to college. He is 15. 2h now and I expect him to be over 16h when he is done growing. He is going to be an amazing horse. This guy is great for any level rider! He acts like he is 20!

About Hampden, ME
The town was originally called Wheelersborough after its original settler, Benjamin Wheeler. It was incorporated on February 24, 1794, and named after the English patriot John Hampden. During the War of 1812, on September 3, 1814, about 400 local militia under the command of Brigadier General John Blake of nearby Brewer attempted to hold off a superior force of British regulars at Hampden. The American line, however, collapsed before a charge and was quickly routed. The Americans suffered one fatality with eleven wounded, and the British lost two (one an officer).
