Paint Stallion for Sale in Winfield, IL
Picturesque mover with suspension displayed under saddle and at pasture. Has been under saddle for several months now and is doing FABULOUS! Perfectly marked with four whites and a blaze extending just under the chin, hence making him registered as an Overo. Excellent health other than a few cuts here and there No medical conditions. AMAZING conformation and potential to win halter. His left fore is clubbed, however it has not affected him and I am doubtful that it ever will. If his new owner wanted, I am sure that it could be corrected with a few trimmings. Has gone barefoot for his entire life. Not mine but I am selling him for a friend because she does not have time and money to keep him for the winter. Excellent prospect for any discipline. Experienced rider / handler now or an intermediate rider under supervision of an instructor. email for pics

About Winfield, IL
Winfield originally tried to become an incorporated village in 1884 under the town name 'Frederick Park.' However, the motion was denied as the town did not have 300 residents as was required for incorporation. When the village was finally incorporated in 1921, the town had a population of 310 people. The earliest settlers, Erastus and Jude P. Gary came to Winfield in 1832. Winfield was originally known as Gary's Mill after these early settlers, and later, Fredricksburg, owing to a significant German-speaking population.
