Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Broomfield, CO
*Price reduced big time! Must sell quick! Misty is a sweet horse. She is bulletproof and has a very friendly personality. We purchased her from a friend that was losing their farm. We have only had her a couple of months but we've grown attached very quickly. My kids ride her regularly. We would love to keep her but we have to many horses for our small area. She is built like a rock. Misty would be great as a competition horse or anything you chose to use her for. Her foal is a 5 month old colt. Very healthy. The foals sire is High Valley Hero. He has a great blood line also.
About Broomfield, CO
The municipality of Broomfield was incorporated in 1961 in the southeastern corner of Boulder County. While it is unsure how it received its name, most researchers guess it is from the broomcorn grown in the area, a tall sorghum that farmers sold for use as brooms and whisk brooms. Over the next three decades, the city grew through annexations, many of which crossed the county line into four adjacent counties: Adams, Boulder, Jefferson and Weld. In the 1990s, city leaders began to push for the creation of a separate county to avoid the inefficiencies of dealing with four separate court districts, four different county seats, and four separate county sales tax bases. It also had longstanding political differences with Boulder County [ clarification needed ] which impelled it to separate.
