Welsh Pony Stallion for Sale in New Oxford, PA
"Ruggy" is a 14. 2 hh Welsh Cross. I am in college and don't have time for him anymore. He has a permenent measurement card and he is registured with US Equestrian, MHSA, and CPJHSA. He hasn't shown much the last two years due to the fact that I turned 18, but he has been shown rated in Zone 2 in Children's and Pony Hunter. He finished 5 th in 2003 in Pony Hunter (CPJHSA) . He almost always wins the hack and has many championships at local shows. Auto with his lead changes. Honest to fences. Needs a Novice rider. Ruggy has a great personality and everyone loves him. He loves kids and now he needs a kid of his own. About New Oxford, PA
New Oxford was originally platted in 1792 for Henry Kuhn by James Bolton and identified as "Oxford town" due to the presence of a nearby stream ford and a local establishment named "Dutch Frederick's stand" with the head of an ox on the front of the building. This was changed again in 1822 by the town's first postmaster, Dr. Pfeiffer to "New Oxford". New Oxford was incorporated as borough in August 20, 1874, and Joseph S. Gitt was elected as its first president and then served as secretary through 1891.
