Tennessee Walking Stallion for Sale in Williamsburg, KY
This beautiful gelding is a great show horse with a big motor. He was the
2004 Kentucky Spotted Pleasure Racking State Champion. He also placed 3 rd
in the Tennessee state championship in 2004. In 2003 he was the Central
Kentucky Racking horse Association Youth High Point Horse of the Year.
He has been trail ridden with a large group of horses and did well.
He has a calm temperment, would never hurt anyone. He does have a big
motor and would need an experienced rider. He hasn't had proffesional
training, I bought the horse when he was 16 months old and broke and
trained him myself. This horse has only been shown 2 times in 2005,
he won a 1 st and a 3 rd place. He is a very quiet horse around the
barn and he loves attention. He has a long, beautiful tail!! ~~~~~~~~
About Williamsburg, KY
Williamsburg was first known by early European-American settlers as the Spring Ford, after a nearby ford crossing the Cumberland River. On April 19, 1818 the first meeting of the Whitley County Court was held at Samuel Cox's dwelling. This first court appointed local officials as well as constables to work with the county militia. The town was known simply as Whitley Courthouse. In 1882 the city was renamed as Williamsburgh, and the spelling was changed in 1890 to the current Williamsburg.
