Quarter Horse Stallion for Sale in Denton, TX
Chip is a 5 year old gelding with 6 months basic reining training. He has a good, solid base and is ready to go in any direction. He can move off of leg, pick up both leads, give to the bridle and has a nice solid turn around that just needs to be stepped up a little. He's been introduced to cows and has the size for a good header. He is extremely laid back and easy to get along with. Has excellent ground manners. Loads, stands, hauls, ties, clips and bathes. Anyone should be able to ride him. He is not spooky and would make a great trail riding, or arena horse. He has no vices and is a fun horse to own. He is a big puppy dog that will follow you all over the pasture. Will only sell to a good loving home. Please email if interested.

About Denton, TX
The formation of Denton is closely tied with that of Denton County. White settlement of the area began in the middle of the 1800s when William S. Peters of Kentucky obtained a land grant from the Texas Congress and named it Peters Colony. After initial settlement in the southeast part of the county in 1843, the Texas Legislature voted to form Denton County in 1846. Both the county and the town were named for John B.
