Paint Mare for Sale in Bakersfield, CA
This filly is put together real nice, big hip and shoulder with a pretty little head. She has just been starded under saddle and has about a half dozen rides. Although she is very green yet, she has a great disposition and is willing to learn. She is APHA registered out of Exalter P by a Sir Quincy Oracle mare. She has lots of color and is 100% sound. If someone wants a fun project this is the one. ~@~~~~~~~@D~~~~~~@~~~~D~~~ ~~~L~~~

About Bakersfield, CA
Archaeological evidence indicates the presence of Native American settlements dating back thousands of years. Upon Spanish arrival, present-day Bakersfield was inhabited by the Yowlumne, a Yokuts people. Yowlumne accounts indicate that the village of Woilu was situated in the bounds of the present city. The Yokuts of the region lived in lodges along the branches of the Kern River delta and hunted antelope, tule elk, deer, bear, fish, and game birds. In 1776, Spanish missionary Father Francisco Garcés became the first European to explore the area.
