Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Redwood Valley, CA
Tarri is a very sweet, very calm mare. Was raced once and been on trails since then. Great with kids and beginners. Needs some finishing up, but would make a nice hunter horse.
About Redwood Valley, CA
The place was called Basil by the railroad when it reached there; when the post office opened in 1920, the place was called Redwood Valley. One of the more dubious distinctions awarded Redwood Valley is it being the home of Jim Jones' Peoples Temple cult for a short time. The site was chosen because Jones believed that it was one of the few places in the world likely to survive a nuclear holocaust. This was one of the areas where Black Bart operated.
