Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Gig Harbor, WA
I purchased Missy as a 3 month old with her mother in French Lick Indiana. We have been riding Missy on trails and roads as well as visiting the bay and she loves the water. She is such a sweetie and will make a great trail horse or english / dressage prospect, Her mother was gaited so Missy is a nice mover. I am reluctant to sell her yet she is too small for me. I need a bigger bodied horse. I will only let her go to good home. I would consider trade for an older well broke horse. I have her younger sister and plan to keep training her so don't have time for training another at this point.
About Gig Harbor, WA
In 1905, the Skansie brothers were the first in the area to build a gasoline-powered fishing boat. They did so at first by refitting boats with a gasoline-powered engine. Usually the motors were quite small, between 6 and 8 horsepower; the Skansie brothers originally used a 7-horsepower engine. Although these were powerboats, neither masts nor a turntable to hoist in the nets were used. This work was all done by hand.
