Quarter Horse Stallion at Stud in Raleigh, NC

North Carolina State University introduces their newest stallion: THE ULTIMATE MODEL (Zip to Impress X Model Marque by Model A) . "Model" is HYPP N / N, a ROM sire, an AQHA world show qualifier (unshown) , Open Halter Register of Merit, and earned 9 grands and 13 reserves in very limited showing. THE ULTIMATE MODEL's daughter, Model of a Bird (picture #3) , earned 54 AQHA halter points and has been Grand Champion Aged mare (open and amateur) in Va and Md for 2001 and 2002. Model was shown in halter, but definitely has the movement for western pleasure! He is extremely intelligent, gentle and easy to handle. Model is a favorite of the students at the Equine Unit. His babies will excel in halter or western pleasure. NCSU is offering THE ULTIMATE MODEL at a low introductory stud fee for 2003! Email for more info and pictures! ~~~~~~~~~~~~

About Raleigh, NC

Bath, the oldest town in North Carolina, was the first nominal capital of the colony from 1705 until 1722, when Edenton took over the role. The colony had no permanent institutions of government until the new capital New Bern was established in 1743. In December 1770, Joel Lane successfully petitioned the North Carolina General Assembly to create a new county. On January 5, 1771, the bill creating Wake County was passed in the General Assembly. The county was formed from portions of Cumberland, Orange, and Johnston counties.
