Percheron Stallion for Sale in Craig, CO
Bob and Bill are two well matched 12 and 14 year old Percherons. These two work great together and have been to town. We have used them for the last several months in our commercial carriage business, but sadly regret that we need to cut back on our teams. These two are traffic safe, great with people and are very personable. They clip, bathe, load, and are easy to catch. Both drive single or double. They are rideable, although we haven't ridden them. These two are easy to shoe, with or without stocks. They get along great with other horses, and have no bad habits. Please see pictures at our website at www. andersoncarriagecompany. com. Price is for the team and is negotiable.
About Craig, CO
Founded by William H. Tucker, Craig was incorporated as a city on April 24, 1908. The town was named for one of the town's financial backers, Reverend William Bayard Craig. Craig became the county seat when Moffat County was created out of the western portion of Routt County on February 27, 1911. In the same area as Craig, at the confluence of the Yampa River (then known as the Bear River) and Fortification Creek, were previous towns known as Yampa (as early as 1885) and Windsor (as early as 1878).
