He is the complete ranch horse and has packed meat out of the mountains on hunts, and one of the best pack horses you will ever find. He is a great mounted shooting horse; you can shoot right off his back on hunts if you please. He is a true mountain horse, as sure footed as they come, and will keep you safe through any mountainous terrain you might come across. He is thicker than a snickers and can carry any sized rider with ease, yet not too tall to get on and off of when getting those tough gates on a ranch. He is awesome at doctoring cattle, and he excels in the arena with heeling or breakaway for rodeos. He is always the favorite at the rodeos when carrying flags. No matter what you’re doing arena work ,pleasure, trails ranch rodeo he always rides the same. Soft in the bridle, great with leg seat, nice stops, neck reins, works gates, extremely sure footed going whatever direction you point him, never balking. High lines or hobbles and will load and unload in any trailer. He is very friendly and easy to catch out of the pasture, wears shoes or goes barefoot.
