BIDDING ON EQUINEONLINEAUCTION.COM ENDS ON 3/30/25 @ 7:00 PM Ginger Snap is the kind of horse that any level of rider can love and enjoy. Beginner rider broke, spunky personality, been there done that demeanor, and safe as can be. Athletic, well-rounded mare that can be used anywhere! She is accustomed to dogs, cattle, sheep, goats, PBR bucking bulls and wildlife. Ginger is a quarter horse mare and is 13 yrs old. She was born and raised on the Nolen Ranch in Eldorado, TX. She has had one owner and has been rode by all levels of riders. Two eyed jack on top and foundation cow bred on bottom but unregistered. Broke and used on the Nolen Ranch her whole life. She has been raised to stomp rocks, navigate thick brush and prickly pair, cross water or mud and wrangle wild livestock. She is high energy, with all the go you will need. Her tank is never empty, and she is always eager for the next task. Ginger can open and close gates. She can side pass, both directions. She can stop and back when commanded and does well with neck reining, as well as responds to leg pressure. She has most recently been used to move and work PBR bucking bulls. She will stand her own ground, has an eye for cattle and is not afraid of a challenge. But don’t be mistaken, you do not have to be an advanced rider to enjoy Ginger. She is also ridden daily by a 5-year-old boy. She adapts to her rider and enjoys a leisure stroll as much as she does push cattle. Ginger loves to be fed and groomed! You will always be greeted with a whinny in hopes of her getting an extra slice of alfalfa! Stalls well, always neat and tidy, or turns out in a mixed herd, with zero issues. She loads and unloads with ease and she hauls well. Ginger gets showed on a regular basis and has great feet for any terrain. She stands to be bathed, saddled, shod, clipped, etc with no problems! She had her teeth floated in July 2024. Ginger also comes with a clean bill of health and a negative Coggins test. Ginger’s video really shows just how versatile she is. Words do not do her justice. From leisure walks to the hustle and bustle of working cattle pens. From experienced riders to beginners. Ginger can do it all and she is ready for a new family to love and wow! If you have any questions or would like to meet prior to adding him to your family, please feel free to reach out to us. 417-489-3014

About Rochelle, TX

Initial names for the community included Crewville and Crothers, both in honor of early McCulloch County residents. When a post office was established in 1879, the name Rochelle was suggested by a local settler from La Rochelle, France, which was accepted by postal officials. A one-room schoolhouse was first built in 1886 when the community had a population of approximately 30. The Fort Worth and Rio Grande Railway Company laid its track from Brownwood to Brady in 1903. A second line, the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad completed its track from Eden to Lometa in 1912.
