Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Marion Junction, AL
W2 Horses is proud to offer Lone Creek Blu Storm, affectionately known as Indigo. Standing at 15.3 hands tall, Indigo is a true standout with both his stunning looks and impressive build. But it's not just his striking appearance that makes him special—Indigo is the total package! He is an extraordinary horse with a big heart and a charming, outgoing personality. His impressive training and diverse experience make him exceptional in every way. From day one, Indigo has exhibited a gentle, easygoing, and willing nature. His eagerness to learn, paired with his amazing attitude, makes him an absolute pleasure to be around. Indigo's training has been done thoughtfully and patiently, from the basics to advanced skills. He has a fancy way of going with a nice trot, an effortless lope, and easy transitions on both leads. He has a good handle, neck reins, and side passes, responds to leg cues, has a good stop, and can ridden bridleless! Indigo not only shines in the arena; he's a reliable partner on the trail and is an experienced ranch horse! On the trails, he's steady, honest, and sure-footed. No matter the terrain, he'll confidently venture anywhere you ask. Whether riding alone, leading a group, or quietly following, he remains calm and composed. We've spent plenty of time desensitizing him to a variety of challenges—nothing phases him. He's excellent with traffic, machinery, bullwhips, wildlife, bicycles, and crossing water. Whether carrying the flag or riding bareback, Indigo handles it all like a champ. He's even great with dogs, allowing them to ride along and jump around him without a care in the world. In addition to his trail and arena skills, Indigo is an invaluable ranch partner. He has years of experience gathering, sorting, and working cattle. He's been used extensively to pasture rope and doctoring yearlings and has started working the roping dummy, though he's not yet roped out of the box. He is VERY COWY and loves a job! He seamlessly side passes to open and close gates and will drag anything you dally to the saddle horn without hesitation. He has traveled all over from Florida to Oklahoma performing various ranch work duties and is as experienced as they come. Despite his advanced training, he remains easy to ride and simple to enjoy, suitable for riders of all levels, including kids. We've used him for riding lessons, and he adapts seamlessly to each rider, regardless of their skill. Though he has plenty of buttons, he is incredibly forgiving. He can carry riders of any size thanks to his robust build and strong bones. Whether you seek a fun outing or a challenging day on the ranch, Indigo is guaranteed to give his best. He absolutely loves children and the attention they give him. He's patient as they learn, quietly following their guidance wherever they ask him to go. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call! **AVAILABLE ON MYHORSECONNECTION.COM OR CALL (615) 734-9885
