Well Broke Paint Gelding

Meet Apache!!! He is 10 yrs old and stands 14.3 hands tall. Apache is more Whoa than Go, and happy to walk/trot/lope around on a loose rein. He will pack around on the trail, or ride in the arena, but won’t be getting anywhere too quick. His big, kind soft eye, and golden retriever personality is what I like most about this guy. Apache has a walk, trot and lope that is smooth as silk, as well as a nice deep stop and smooth transitions. He has a one handed neck rein, and will move willingly off of your leg cues. He does all of the trail obstacles: teeter totter bridge, cowboy curtain, whips, tarps, gunfire and flags are old news to him. He has the brain of a horse twice his age and is very receptive to what is asked of him. He has good foot and bone, giving him the opportunity to have a long successful career. Apache has been exposed to all farm machinery and equipment, road traffic, gunfire, deer, cattle- you name it. He is sound and up to date on everything.
