The Bess Pony Collection is excited to offer Trixie the sweetest little miniature horse you have ever seen. Trixie is adorable with her dappled chocolate color, but her calm and gentle demeanor makes her special and sets her apart. She never gets excited about anything. She has been handled daily since birth and has always had a very broke mentality. Trixie is out of a dappled chocolate mare with a calm and sweet personality, and she passed it on to her baby. Trixie leads, crosses tarps, and follows at liberty. She can also hang out at liberty in the front yard and will come running to meet you every time you go outside.
She will stand tied patiently and quit while grooming, trimming, and blowing off with the blower. She also stands quietly to be saddled, with only a light nylon saddle. She is one that you show something once, and she will do it and remember it. When we first put the halter on her, she never fought against it or resisted pressure. Trixie is by far the most broke baby we have ever been around. She never has a bad day and would rather be with people than other animals. You can not go wrong with Christmas shopping if you put Trixie under your tree. For more information on Trixie, call or text David.

About Antlers, OK
Evidence exists of prehistoric occupation and activity within the city limits of present-day Antlers. Arrowheads are found periodically at sites throughout the town. Most of the prehistoric sites are atop hills, which the inhabitants could use for defensive purposes and found the most healthful. A Mississippian culture settlement developed at Spiro Mounds, which was active from the mid-9th into the 15th century. This is the westernmost site of the culture and it is "one of the most important archeological discoveries in North America." The 80-acre site is preserved today as Oklahoma's only state archeological park.
