He is a three-year-old registered TWH gelding. As we call him at the barn, Ginger. Ginger is 14.2 hands tall and is a beautiful chestnut. He stands on four keg shoes all the way round, he is up-to-date on all vaccines, has a negative Coggins and has had his teeth floated in the past 30 days. Ginger is a complete family horse. He loves attention and kids. I would personally recommend this horse for advanced beginners. He has been ridden all over the farm by an 8-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy. He has a super smooth four beat gait. Ginger has a laid-back attitude and is willing to learn. Don’t let his three-year-old age fool you. He has been on many, many miles of trails through state parks all over Kentucky. He has been on overnight camping trips, tied out on picket lines where he has done amazing. Ginger has been turned out in a 20 acre field with six other horses ,he will be the middle to the bottom of the pecking order. Ginger will meet you at the gate with a little feed. He has been exposed to trains, semi-trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, anything that is considered highway traffic. He is not shy or spooky. Ginger is broke to cross creeks, bridges, climb hills, he is very sure-footed. He is broke to gunfire, park out to mount, to stand in hobbles, come to the mounting block to pick you up, canter, broke to pull a cart, he will meet you at the stall door or at the gate in a round pen. Ginger has a really nice 4 beat gait, he will walk on a loose rein in the woods. He has been ridden in large groups where he doesn’t care to ride front, middle or back. This guy can do the big rides also. I have had the pleasure of working with Ginger all summer. He is an amazing horse. Don’t miss your opportunity to come and check this horse out. About Hustonville, KY

The community was originally known as The Crossroads from its location on trails connecting the Kentucky and Green rivers and the Falls of the Ohio with Logan's Fort (present-day Stanford). It was then known as Farmington and, after the 1818 erection of a post office, Hanging Fork after a local stream named for two bandits who were hanged by Virginia officers rather than escorted back for trial. For three months in 1826, it was known as New Store, but the name then returned to Hanging Fork. When the town was established on February 29, 1836, it was renamed Hustonville after two local landowners; the post office adopted the name the next year. The city was formally incorporated by the state assembly in 1850.
