If you’re looking for a great partner for all your fun adventures, this mare can take you there. Beretta is smart and quick to learn. She knows all the fun tricks in the arena, including spins, stops, flying lead changes, and more! She also has the ability to go out on the trails all day. Crosses water, goes over bridges and rides next to traffic. We’ve thrown a rope off of her, snapped bullwhip, and handled everything with an unfazed attitude! She loves having a job and is willing to do just about anything for you! Her sweet personality on the ground makes for her to be a very pleasant horse to be around. She is good for the vet, bathes, clips, and will load her self onto the trailer. Don’t miss the chance to own this incredibly talented mare! (She does have some old scaring on her front feet. No lameness or special care needed!) A lameness exam was conducted on Beretta on August 5, 2024. The veterinarian did not note the condition of the mare’s hooves. The veterinarian stated he was performing an evaluation of the mare’s soundness and deemed her sound and didn’t feel the need to note the superficial cracks in her feet. Please feel free to reach out to me or my vet with any questions.

About Timnath, CO
The area was first homesteaded by white settlers in 1869. The first schoolhouse was constructed that year, approximately one-half mile west of the current town, and was named "Fairview". By 1880, the community had outgrown the schoolhouse, and new "Fairview" school was built just north of the current town. The school also served as an early meeting place for the Presbyterian Church. The turning point in the early history of the community was in 1882, with the arrival of the Greeley, Salt Lake and Pacific Railroad (controlled by the Union Pacific) linking Greeley and Fort Collins.
