Meet Payne’s Lil Rocky, affectionately known around the barn as Rocky! I am proud to be offering a colt of this quality to the public. Rocky is currently a little over 8 months old. He was foaled on November 5th, 2023, and is estimated to mature at 14.2–15hh. Rocky was born and raised right here in the heart of eastern Ky. He is registered with the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse Association. Rocky is sired by a successful Rocky Mountain horse, ACF’S Something Dun Right, and by a nice Ky Mtn trail mare! Rocky is beautiful to look at! He has a shiny chocolate coat with big dapples and superb conformation! Along with that, you can’t miss his pretty flax mane/tail and four white stockings! Rocky is a picture to look at and already shows a promising 4-beat saddle gait on the lead line. He also has a good starting foundation for a young colt. Rocky already leads, ties, lets you handle his feet, loads and unloads from the trailer, walks across tarps, and loves attention. Rocky is full of personality and curious about everything. Rocky is young, but keep in mind that every good horse has to start out young! Rocky has a head full of sense, the perfect build, beautiful color, and everything it takes to make a good horse. Horses like him are a rare find and hardly ever for sale. This is a chance to buy a top-notch baby that you or your desired trainer can turn into your dream horse! Imagine a few years down the road, you and Payne’s Lil Rocky are gliding down the trail as smoothly as a whistle or gaiting around the ring, claiming a championship title! I know, it is exciting! I can assure you that he will draw attention and gain compliments anywhere you may take him. He already does! I have taken Rocky to the horse show this year and shown him under halter. He parks out on command and knows ground manners. He is a healthy, spunky colt that feels good and is full of himself. Rocky is an intact Stallion colt. He could serve as a future breeding stallion, show horse, trail horse, and or make a great gelding. I estimate him to mature around 14.2–15 hh when grown. Rocky is healthy and ready to find his forever partner! He is up to date on coggins and deworming and has a clear health inspection from the veterinarian! Help yourself to one of the nicest gaited foals that money can buy! I have put together over 8 minutes worth of video footage for you to meet Payne’s Lil Rocky virtually. I also welcome and encourage you to meet him in person before the auction ends. Feel free to call or text me to discuss this nice colt further.
