Thoroughbred Gelding for Sale in Bismarck, AR
Arlington's Shine is a big, beautiful horse that has been sitting in our field for a few years. He retired from the track in the fall of 2021 due to a fractured knee, but we have x-rays that show complete recovery. He moves great on the longe line, under saddle and running across the field. (I am including a pic of him playing with my Walking Horse.) However, Shine does have some loss of cartilage in that one knee and thus needs to be on a good joint supplement if being ridden. The vet recommends him for low-concussion activities such as lower-level dressage, equitation classes, etc. Shine is not a mean horse but he is a grouch when he is just out in the field, not doing anything. He is happier with a job. If you are looking for beauty and a nice mover, he's it. Lots of flash in this big boy. Shine is a cribber but this is resolved by wearing the collar. More pics available. I can text or email you Shine's YouTube video playlist. We are located in central Arkansas, just south of Hot Springs. If you are interested in Shine and need transport, my husband can give you a quote.
