Poco Belle Dun It
“Sig” is a coming 6 year old registered quarter horse gelding standing 14.1 hands tall and wide, his gorgeous buckskin color really compliments his shapey build. Sig is one of my favorites here to swing a leg over, he’s handy as a pocket knife and he’s sensible and fun. Sig will neck rein, move off leg and knows how to ride collected in contact, leg yield, side pass, turn on his haunches and has three comfortable gaits. Sig will jog off when you cluck and lope off when you kiss, he has a great stop off just speaking “whoa” and taking off your leg and backs up with ease! I’ve trail ridden this boy all over and he is a veteran, we even passed the local garbage man and stopped for a visit he wasn’t phased but the flashing lights or loud noises. He will navigate up and down steep grades, through water and mud, over downed trees and various types of terrain and obstacles. He is fine to go out alone and is great in a group as well, he doesn’t mind other horses riding around or up behind him. Sig has been started on the flag and live cattle and absolutely loves it- he will push, track and hold a cow and is brave around a herd. He has the potential to go in many directs from ranch riding shows to penning/sorting, trail and more! He has been ridden by some of my advanced beginner lesson students and done very well for them. He is great on the ground and loads easy into any style trailer, ties single or on cross ties, patient for vet/farrier, very good to groom and saddle up, calm in the wash rack for a bath and stands like a statue to mount and dismount wether in the arena or out on trail! Don’t miss out on a great little horse is not only eye catching but a good egg too! We can help arrange hauling if needed and encourage you to schedule a time to come out and meet this cool gelding, as always vet checks are welcomed at the perspective buyers expense. Sig sells sound without any known vices or limitations.

About Everett, PA
Over 200 years ago, the sun pierced through the thick forest on a small Indian village and trading post known as Bloody Run, which was located on a wagon road headed to Fort Dusquesne in south central Pennsylvania. [ citation needed ] In 1787, Michael Barndollar purchased the land in this area, and laid out a town which was originally called Waynesburg. This name was never widely used and this small village was incorporated as a borough in November 1860, to be known as Bloody Run. While this name carries with it many interesting stories and much history, the name was changed in February 1873 to Everett. The Everett Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
