Andalusian Gelding for Sale in Everett, PA

ONLINE AUCTION Place your bid at PlatinumEquineAuction dot com Auction ends December 4th $3500 Starting bid This 8 year old 14.3 hand Andalusion cross gelding really is the coolest looking dude with his stunning color and long thick mane, tail and forelock! Simba has nice conformation and a pretty build, he is sound with no physical limitations. He is strikingly handsome and one to get you noticed down the trail or put in the arena! Simba is gentle and kind all day long from beginner kids to adults he’s packed around everyone in my lesson program safely and all have commented that he is fun and comfortable to ride. Simba stands quietly to be groomed, saddled, clipped, bathed and is a gentleman for both farrier and vet work. He loads onto any style trailer and is great to haul around, he offloads at new places without a fuss and rides off like he’s been there his whole life. Simba is a phenomenal trail mount, he will take the lead, stay in the middle or bring up the rear, he doesn’t mind horses riding close behind him or along side of him. He goes through water, over logs, up and down steep grades and isn’t bothered by tough terrain. He has been ridden around traffic, with equipment operating, around cows and dogs without issue. In the arena Simba is an uncomplicated point and shoot kind of ride. He will walk, trot and canter both ways, takes both leads, stop, back up and he will flex laterally in just a snaffle. He has been ridden both english and western and will trot poles and take a cross rail. Simba is naturally just a very easygoing horse, I’ve pulled a sled on him, carried a flag, opened a beach umbrella and carried it around as well as being ridden over tarps/bridges, around and through other various obstacles etc. Simba would make a great horse for anyone looking for a steady safe trail horse or confidence booster. I believe Simba would be a nice addition to a therapy program or lesson program as well. Simba has no known vices, he lives neatly in a stall or turned out and is easy to catch. We can help arrange hauling and also welcome you to set up an appointment to come meet him, vet checks are also welcomed at the potential buyers expense. About Everett, PA

Over 200 years ago, the sun pierced through the thick forest on a small Indian village and trading post known as Bloody Run, which was located on a wagon road headed to Fort Dusquesne in south central Pennsylvania. [ citation needed ] In 1787, Michael Barndollar purchased the land in this area, and laid out a town which was originally called Waynesburg. This name was never widely used and this small village was incorporated as a borough in November 1860, to be known as Bloody Run. While this name carries with it many interesting stories and much history, the name was changed in February 1873 to Everett. The Everett Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
