Traveler is a 12 year old bay gelding, he stands 15.3 hands tall and is stout made! He is clean legged, straight and 100% sound! Traveler is a true all around gelding! He has been used extensively on the ranch, he has roped and doctored a lot, he handles the rope very good and will hold a cow, he works really well in the gate, he can move fast or slow! Traveler has been trail rode all over, he is very gentle and laid back, he is very level headed. He goes through the creeks, over the bridges, through the brush. Traveler has been shown in 4-H and has done all the events, he has been to lots of play days and fun shows, he is very gentle, and not spooky at all! He is good with traffic and handles new things very well. He loads and hauls good, stands for saddling, bridling and bathing. About Rusk, TX
The town was established by an act of the Texas legislature on April 11, 1846. It was named after Thomas Jefferson Rusk, signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence. By 1850, Rusk reportedly had 355 residents. A post office was authorized on March 8, 1847. The city of Rusk is no longer dry; a beer and wine local option election passed on May 9, 2009.
