He will stop hard and has a nice turn around. You can ride him with a one-hand neck rein and he will always be slow and steady. We ride him in the steep hills, think brush and deep canyons. He has been used on the ranch and has been hauled to the team ropings on the heading end. Scores well and has been ridden and roped on by a youth rider. Stays calm and quiet in all the jobs you ask him to do. He is very solid and doesn’t seem to ever get worked up over different situations. He is smooth to boot.
