VIDEO COMING SOON!
This is one of the most versatile horses offered in the sale. “Colonel” stands a nice handy size of 14.1 hands. Extremely heavy bodied and a super cute face with a big wide blaze. He is the same to ride while here on the ranch or haul him to the neighbors to help round up cattle or enjoy him riding down a new trail. Our 10-year-old grandson, Tripp, has hauled him to team ropings and used him on the heeling side. He has also headed a few steers. This is one of Tripp’s favorites in the sale to ride. He is super gentle with enough life to get the job done. We use him as a lesson horse. Young to old can get along with him. He has a very carefree attitude and an easy-going demeanor. Has a big stop, nice spins and loves to please. He would make a very amazing play day/4-H horse and a fantastic family horse. Double registered AQHA & APHA. (Sire, Smoking Whiz, LTE $213,000+, 2x Open Derby Champion. Grandsire, Topsail Whiz, $12 Million Sire. Grandsire bottom side, Nu Chex To Cash, $3 Million Sire, NRHA Hall of Fame.)
