Roscoe is a 14-year-old, very gentle, Palomino, Grade Kentucky Mountain Gelding who stands at 14.3 hands. I can’t say enough about just how fantastic this boy is. This Palomino boy is one nice horse. He is smooth and will go where he’s pointed. Roscoe will ride front, middle, or back of the pack, he’s a true trail horse deluxe. He’s an in-your-pocket kind of horse. Roscoe has been around dogs and a variety of animals with no problems. My 12-year-old and 7-year-old kids have been riding him all over the trails and all around the farm both single and double. This boy will ride all day and pickets well overnight. Roscoe is an experienced fellow and has been on many overnight riding trips and has done great. He is easy to catch in the field and safe on the ground. Roscoe is a true gentleman for loading and riding in the trailer, he stands well for the farrier, is shod all the way around. Roscoe has no bad habits of any kind. He is a sweet boy for grooming and seems to enjoy the attention. This is one nice, gentle, people-friendly and smart Gelding. He’s going to make some lucky family a great companion.
