Hackney Stallion for Sale in Avoca, MI
5 year old hackney pony, with custom harness, and cart. Drives, and rides. Good temperament. Only vice, he is very vocal, and gets prancy around mares. Will still follow commands though. He is spirited, but very obedient. He hasn’t been ridden or harnessed in a while. We love this guy, but don’t have time, anymore, to devote to him.
About Avoca, MI
A couple of unincorporated communities are within the township: Abbottsford, also called Abbotsford and Abbottsville, is on the eastern boundary with Clyde Township at Cribbins and Bryce Roads ( 43°01′12″N 82°38′00″W / 43.02000°N 82.63333°W / 43.02000; -82.63333 ; Elevation: 696 ft./212 m.). Ignace Morass built a sawmill here in 1816 on the Mill Creek off of the Pine River. James Abbott bought both the sawmill and a grist mill that had been built by Zephaniah W. Bunce. The settlement around the mills was named for Abbott.
