Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Waverly, KS
Lots of life and love left in these two!
I am selling a registered 19 yo paint gelding. Cody stands about 15H as gentle as they come on the ground. He’s loves to be groomed and stands w/o being tied. He is great with the farrier and doesn’t spook at anything. Cody is an easy keeper. He generally has more “go than whoa” under saddle. He is more for an intermediate rider but with a good refresher, could make a great beginner horse. He is an older horse, but has lots of life left in him and sure doesn’t act like one!
I am also selling Gracie. She’s a 17 yo registered QH mare. She stands approximately 15 hands. She’s a beautiful chestnut w white flare down her face and one white stocking. She was a lesson horse at one time in her life, but hasn’t really been ridden much for awhile. She needs a good refresher and someone w experience. She stands still for the farrier. She will stand tied for grooming and when saddled. She can have a tendency to crow hop when transitioning from walk to trot or canter. Gracie is an easy keeper. She has a shy personality at first but is so expressive once she opens up.
Both horses have had teeth floated in the last year, are utd with worming, shots and have negative coggins tests. They have great feet and legs and hooves were just trimmed in July. They have been together for 13 years and I would prefer to sell them together. However, under the right circumstances, I might consider selling separately. Please pm me for price and any questions you may have. We are located off HWY 75 near Burlington, KS.
