Paint Mare for Sale in Ellwood City, PA

Rain is 19. She would best be suited for walk trot or trails as she falls out in a canter due to stifle weakness. She is a little on the jumpy side outside of her comfort zone. In an arena she is fairly calm. She does well with youths in an arena. Outside of that I would not recommend a youth rider. We don't ride outside of our property so both will need updated on vaccines. Sarah is roughly 13hh Welsh cob mare. Bought for my daughter back in 2013. When she out grew riding her we trained her to pull a cart, she has been used for that purpose since 2017. She does ride and is an excellent youth pony she used to be a lesson pony. One thing about Sarah is she does not liked to be kicked she will buck a little if she is. Leg pressure is her preferred. Sarah just turned 20 in January. Reason I am selling is because I had surgery and realistically I won't be able to ride until next year and it is not fair to them. They need a soft place to land for the rest of their days. If interested please contact. Everything I have will go with them including blankets, cart, harness, saddles and bridles, for the price I have listed I am willing to negotiate this price but please keep in mind of everything that will come with them. I will also sell the remaining hay for an extra 400. Approx 120 bales left obviously that number will change and we can work something out.
