Percheron Gelding for Sale in Comstock Park, MI

Best horse ever. He is the horse that everyone wants to ride. Does well with kids. Really has no vices. Good for the farrier, baths, loads in a trailer without issues. Will ride out alone but prefers to be with others as he is very social. Bomb proof. He has had some dressage training. He has done mounted patrol and was formerly owned by a police officer. Safe, safe, safe. Only selling due to financial reasons. Good home is a must! He is a registered New Breed Percheron, but I am having a hard time finding his papers. UTD On all shots, sheath cleaning recently done, teeth just done. He has really good feet for a draft horse. He just had his feet done too.

About Comstock Park, MI

In 1838 a settlement known as "North's Mill" was established by Daniel North. The name changed to "Mill Creek" in 1848. The area became a major transportation hub, serving both the Grand Rapids and Indiana Railroad and Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad, and set the tone for becoming the northern Grand Rapids-area crossroads it is today. It was renamed "Comstock Park" in 1906, after Charles C. Comstock, who represented the district in Congress in 1885 and 1886.
