7 yr old Mare

Unfortunately I have to find a new home for my beautiful mare, Mocha. She is 7 years old. She is 15.2 hands She is an amazing horse, levelheaded and smart, learns quick and is alert but not spooky. She is not broke yet, my intentions were to break her gradually throughout the summer but my living and job situation changed and I don’t have enough time for her, she has too much potential to have her sit indefinitely, I have ridden her several times, she does amazing but it’s been a bit since I’ve gone on a full trail ride, she does great around other animals and crazy dogs. She is not papered, I will continue training her until I find her a good home to continue her training. Right now she is currently great with saddling, accepting the bit, is good with walking and cantering on trail rides as well as in the round pen, great for the farrier, she runs beside four wheelers, she is not at all spooky with cars, don’t know how she is loading, I’ve only loaded her once before into a very small trailer and it took a few minutes. She is slightly pigeon toed but it doesn’t affect her gait at all, very healthy and sound all around-never had any issues with her at all, she is also extremely respectful of fences, easy keeper.
