Mare for Sale in Menifee, CA
Opportunity to own a great prospect for those on a budget.
Ritzy is out of a racing bred Appaloosa mare and a 17.2 hand stallion.
She turned 1 year old in March. She has great conformation and a keen eye.
She was bred for 3 day eventing.
There is a whole back story about her that if you are interested and message me I will go into.
She has had all her year old shots and been wormed and feet done.
In a perfect world Id like to see her go to a trainer who's horse is getting ready to retire and is looking for their next horse.
She is not bossy with the mini horse she is in with. She is an old soul and thinks the mini is an idiot when he runs around trying to play with her. That is beneath her.
She has great solid hooves and is built to do a job. She just needs the right person to bring her along and unlock all her talent.
She is a blank canvas that will go in any direction.
She was raised in pasture so she has had room to grow correctly. Also raised with other horses so she knows her place around other horses.
I got her unhandled. So she had a late start according to some. She rode quiet in the trailer to get her. And now she is halter trained and a very quick learner. She is still very shy of new things but gets better everyday.
Serious inquiries only please. I will only let her go to someone with experience and that will take good care of her.
Message me with any questions. And to explain why she is priced the way she is.
About Menifee, CA
The area was originally inhabited by the Luiseño people, specifically the Pechanga band. In the 18th century, the area fell under Spanish rule and was ceded by Mexico to the United States in 1850 as a result of the Mexican–American War. Farming, which began in the mid-19th century, was concentrated in the Menifee area. Mining began in the early 1880s with the discovery of a significant quartz lode by miner Luther Menifee Wilson, from whom Menifee derived its name. Early development of the Menifee area began with Sun City in the early 1960s, conceptualized as an active retirement community by Del Webb, a building contractor from Phoenix, Arizona.
