Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Beatrice, NE
Hi everyone! This is my horse Raddy and I'm looking to find a good home for him. He's a great horse, but I'm in college and just don't ride him much anymore. He hasn't been shown in two or three years and the videos I attached were taken this past Monday when I hopped on him for the first time all year. Although I haven't shown him in a couple years, we have been taking him trail riding over the summers and he'll take you through anything.
He knows his leads, how to pivot and sidepass, he moves off of leg pressure and is neck reined, he can do simple and flying lead changes, as well as back without using your hands. His best classes are horsemanship and trail, as I consistently won grand champion when I showed him. But he also excels in Pleasure, working ranch, and works great with cattle.
All of the trophies in the pictures are trophies I've won on him, and my last year in 4H I won the Linden Tree Performance Award on him, which is a country wide performance based award.
He's is registered AQHA and APAPHA (dm me if you want a picture of those). He's a 2005 chestnut gelding.
He's not for beginners, given his skill level he'd be best suited for an experienced rider.
We are asking $8,000 for him and I am more than willing to come home on the weekends and teach whoever his new rider is all of his buttons and how he works. My phone number is 402-817-9101. See youtube links for videos:https://youtube.com/shorts/FM8axivkYBw?feature=share

About Beatrice, NE
Gage County was one of the 19 counties originally established by the Nebraska Territorial Legislature in 1854. At the time of its establishment, there were no settlers living within it. In 1857, the steamboat Hannibal, carrying 300 passengers up the Missouri River from St. Louis, Missouri to Nebraska City, Nebraska, ran aground near Kansas City, Missouri. While it was stranded, 35 of the passengers agreed to form the "Nebraska Association", under which name they would unite in seeking a townsite and establishing a settlement in the territory.
