Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Yuma, AZ
Lady May stands at bout 14.3 hands, Does great with other horses and animals. Not bothered by dirt bikes or 4x4s. Sound and lunges. Picks up all 4 feet, barefoot, tolerates trimming well, teeth and vaccines are up to date. No bite, kick or cribbing, not marish. Easy keeper. Blind in left eye (old ulcer that scared over, looked at by vet, requires no upkeep), slightly more sensitive on that side obviously but doesn't slow her down, I've never seen her run into anything. I've ponied her on trail, goes up and down things without issues, wasn't bothered by anything(not at all looky on her blind side, if you didn't know her you wouldn't know she had a blind side).
She is a project and needs consistent work. She is saddle broke, stands to be mounted and will walk off, needs someone patient to work with trotting/cantering, if she is pushed to hard too fast she will buck. If she has someone who moves at her speed she would make a great trail horse, or use her as a broodmare, she is THICK! Previous owner also stated she is broke to drive. I am about to have a baby and am running out of time to work her/show her to potential buyers, hence why she is priced for a quick sale.
