Pony Mare for Sale in Columbus, OH
Penny is a 17 yr old grade mare. She is your typical mare who likes things her way. Unfortunately I’ve come to realize that I’m simply not her human and she’s not my heart horse. She needs someone who has the skill and finesse to tie up loose ends with her. She walks, trots and canters but will buck at the canter. The bucks are just annoying little kicks really. Selling her as an almost finished project. Will not sell her to a first time horse owner. Selling her to someone quite advanced is preferred. Penny isn’t dangerous whatsoever, just a major brat that I can’t personally handle. She is used to being outside 24/7. Has nice, strong hooves and has always been barefoot. No health issues. Is on joint supplements and mare magic. I think with some tuning up, she would make a nice show pony. PPE encouraged. She will likely fail her flexion test for her back left as she did when I had a PPE done on her in January 2020. CASH ONLY PREFERRED.

About Columbus, OH
The area including modern-day Columbus once comprised the Ohio Country, under the nominal control of the French colonial empire through the Viceroyalty of New France from 1663 until 1763. In the 18th century, European traders flocked to the area, attracted by the fur trade. The area was often caught between warring factions, including American Indian and European interests. In the 1740s, Pennsylvania traders overran the territory until the French forcibly evicted them. In the early 1750s, the Ohio Company sent George Washington to the Ohio Country to survey.
