Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Conroe, TX
Thea Grace (Sweet Jackie). Thea is a 4 year old almost 5 year old mare. She is a 14.3 hands quarter horse certified by the American Quarter Horse Association, she also has her papers. She has a spunky personality with both sass and sweetness, but once you have her trust she is loyal and dedicated to any task at hand. She is sound and trustworthy. Thea has been in consistent training for over 9 months. In that time she has grown to be a beautiful horse with an enormous amount of potential. Thea has a strong foundation of basic training.
She has confidently mastered walk, trot, canter. Walk to canter and canter to walk transitions. Canter to halt.
Has begun canter direction changes and they are coming along fast and beautifully. Picks up training very quick. Has a good basis of understanding and listening to the riders seat; also is very soft in your hands.
As part of the sale she will have ALL TACK included. Saddle, wool pad (both from circle Y, and in amazing condition), full cheek snaffle, everyday training reins and bridal, plus another set of leather decorative bridal with split reins that matches her saddle.
Thea is up to date on all vaccines and deworming
Thea is cutting bread but has the potential to do well in any western and possibly even English specialty as she has a beautiful foundation that could take her anywhere.
Attached is her video link.

About Conroe, TX
The city is named after Northern-born Union Cavalry officer and Houston lumberman Isaac Conroe. Conroe founded a sawmill there in 1881. The city originally gained in wealth due to the lumber and oil industries. Originally named "Conroe's Switch", the area saw an influx of residents in the late 19th century due to the lumber demands on the piney wood forest of the area. During the 1930s, because of oil profits, the city boasted more millionaires per capita than any other U.S.
