Arabian Gelding for Sale in Yakima, WA

Calhun EXT is a 2008 chestnut purebred Arabian gelding. Calhun is a total love bug with quite a personality. He is curious about everything and ever so willing. He loves to learn and is in need of a job. He is easy to handle and has been under saddle for a few weeks. He still has some room to grow and would make a wonderful project horse. He walks, trots, and is getting the hang of his canter. He has a wonderful slow trot, but can bust out a nice big trot as well. He goes over poles. He’s a good bather, ground ties, cross ties, loads well, and is great for the farrier. He has been in a lesson setting with another horse and had no problem being head on, passing, or having them come up behind him. He’s been in a pasture, a stall, and currently lives in a stall with a paddock. He lived in a pasture with both mares and gelding. He loves having a buddy, but is just as fine without! He is very much a people horse! Selling to make room for some up and comers. Price will increase with training.
