‘Fury’ also affectionately known as ‘Eeyore’ is a 16 hand, 16 y/o APHA (2003) gelding that comes with registration application. Pleasure and speed bred. Walks, trots, and will lope with spurs. He rides well in a snaffle or hackamore and is working on his neck rein. We ride him in a Little S Hackamore and he is very soft and responsive. He would be a perfect husband horse, spare horse or kids’ horse with supervision as he is on the lazy side. I think he would love to be the center of someone’s whole world! Used to machinery, dogs, cattle, goats, minis, traffic and train safe. More whoa than go but easily persuaded. No kick, bite, bolt or rear; very gentle and knows his boundaries. He is a sweet guy who loves attention and is top of the herd. We are his 2nd owner and he has had to learn to trailer while with us. He is too big for a straight load trailer but will load in a slant or stock just fine. We sent him for a refresher back in May and he has done outstanding in picking up right where he leaves off. He has been ridden maybe 4-6 times since the refresher and has been trailered to an indoor arena, outdoor arena and rode around our property and has been a gem and very willing partner. Fury is my husband’s horse and he can’t ride anymore due to a knee injury and wants to start focusing on cart/driving horses. Comes with all tack: 16” Simco padded all around/trail saddle, saddle pad, cinch, breast collar, Little S Hack, headstall, sport boots, winter blanket, halter and lead rope for $3500 or will take $2500 without tack.
