ISO Safe Pony

We are looking for our 5 yr old twin girls second pony. Not specific on a color or gender, it just needs to be safe. One of our girls is a confident advanced beginner that recently started cantering. While her sister is a very timid lead liner, that will occasionally walk around on her own. They are hoping to continue doing the playday type games. So soundness is a must. But okay with a little maintenance and even prefer some age 13+ yrs old. Unless it's had a ton of miles put on it and over the silly stuff. It should be super safe on the ground just as it is under saddle. Prefer something around 12hh to 14hh so she can groom it on her own. Under supervision of course. While I don't have a huge budget, we can offer it a great home with lots of love and care. Would love to hear about what you may have.
