Half Arabian Mare for Sale in Leander, TX
Hint of Colour is a registered Half Arabian Mare. We have owned her since she was a yearling. She was put under saddle as a two year old. She has been on the back burner for a year or so. She is a fast learner and is eager to please. She is easy to handle, Ties, loads, bathes etc. She does crib but is controlled with a cribbing collar.
About Leander, TX
Leander was established in 1882 on land sold by the Austin and Northwestern Railroad Co. to prospective citizens. The town was named in honor of Leander "Catfish" Brown, one of the railroad officials responsible for the completion of the line. In 1836, a company of Texas Rangers, including John J. Tumlinson Jr.
